ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES & DELIVERY 

(as amended on October 1, 2018 & applicable for orders placed 1st October, 2018 onwards)

Order cut-off time for unstitched/ semistitched orders is currently 4-9 business days and 2-3 weeks for Pakistani Originals.

Order cut-off time for stitched orders is now 14-19 business days.

Pakistani Originals and Pakistani Style Suits take a order processing time of 3-5 weeks for stitched orders.

Note: All orders placed during Black Friday – Cyber Monday Sale (from 22/11/2018 to 26/11/2018) may be delayed by the order processing time of 7-10 business days.

Order cut-off times mentioned above are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization delays or holidays.

You can use our VIP Express Priority service for short notice express orders. You must email us at enquiries@falakenoorboutique.com with your order details to avail our quick shopping service.

All items from ready to ship section are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your respective country.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different shipping address once items have been dispatched from our office.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery, however in some cases for deliveries to a residential address the shipment may be left at the door. We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Once dispatched, all orders do take about 2-5 days for delivery depending on the destination. You can always email us at orderupdates@falakenoorboutique.com for order status & updates.

INSURANCE

Falakenoor insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point liability for your purchased goods is transferred to you. If the courier company fails to deliver your order due to the package being lost in transit, you do not suffer any loss. The in-transit risk is all ours and borne by Falakenoor. However, Falakenoor is not liable for lost/stolen packages or any other damages to the package post being left at the customer’s address by the courier company. If you live in an area which is susceptible to package thieves or have had packages stolen from your residence before, we would advise calling the courier company fulfilling your order (i.e DHL, FedEx, UPS) alongside your tracking number and request to pick up your package at their nearest authorized pick up point closest to your address. Your tracking number can be viewed in the ‘Shipping Confirmation’ e-mail we send out to you once your order has been shipped from our end.

 

 

TAXES & DUTIES

To majority of countries, our items are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties which may be payable, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Noteworthy to highlight, 99% of shipments are delivered to our customers without any additional taxes & duties.
