FALAKENOOR sells products to adults, who can purchase our products with a credit card or other permitted payment method. RISK OF LOSS

Any items you purchase through FALAKENOOR will be shipped “FOB Origin.” In other words, as the purchaser/customer, you shall take responsibility for the items (including loss or damage to them) once, www.FALAKENOOR.com delivers possession of the purchased items to the shipping company.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 

FALAKENOOR attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, FALAKENOOR does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight color variation of outfits is possible. If a product offered by FALAKENOOR itself is not as described, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of the product. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

We will not process any returns that have not been reported to us within 24 of receiving the product. We may ask for a digital image of the product for verification purposes. Returns will be entertained for store credit only.

You, the customer, will be liable for all return shipping costs/customs charges which may be incurred in the return of the package back to us.

COLOR VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Due to variations in monitor settings, FALAKENOOR assumes no responsibility regarding color matches of the product, either within an order or in a reorder. Please directly contact us via WhatsApp, if you have any queries about the exact color/shade.

Note that like-named colors used by various brands (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Brands Thread Guide options.

Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing from various brands ends, FALAKENOOR does not guarantee the consistency, color, texture or appearance of the actual apparel. The colors displayed are the closest possible variant but hues & tones may slightly differ due to monitor/screen settings.

Pictures of outfits and different products given on the website are taken during shoot, under mixture of natural and artificial lighting. Such pictures then go through editing. These pictures are for advertising and reference purposes only and actual products may vary from the picture. 

Please note that different types of fabrics absorb the same color differently and thus reflect different shades of the same color. We try to present the product in the picture closest to reality but actual products can vary and we hold no responsibility for that. Please read product description clearly before purchase

In the event that the error of the product is from our side, we will happily reimburse all shipping incurred by you and exchange the product or provide a store credit for the full product value.

BEADS/ EMBROIDERIES COMING OFF

We believe that customers who are buying embroidered and hand embellished outfits are aware of the fact that these have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequins/beads/tassels/embellishments/embroideries come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might lose some of them.
