9. Standard Sizes & Custom Stitching

Standard-size garments are produced according to the size chart published for the relevant product.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Where custom stitching is selected:

• measurements must be accurate;
• customers are responsible for all measurements submitted;
• production begins using the measurements provided.

Minor tailoring variations resulting from garment construction, embroidery placement or tailoring techniques do not constitute defects.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for:

• reviewing the complete product description;
• reviewing product photographs;
• checking the applicable size chart;
